The newest addition to our menu is very special!

  • sweet onion
  • lettuce
  • locally grown tomato
  • New York sharp cheddar
  • herb mayonnaise
  • our house-made sweet chili relish (on the side)

My family offers condolences for your family as we plan for Mothers Day celebration. We come to your blog looking for hours of operation on Mothers Day tomorrow. My grandaughter just finished making your famous Collins Chocolate Cake after choosing carefully from Cynthia's Peach Tree Cookbook. It is so wonderful that we have decided to drive to Fredricksburg from Austin for lunch @ The Peach Tree Tea Room after Church if open. As I said much to our surprise Cynthia's Rosary is listed & took place on my Granny's beloved Birthday. She passed on @ 101 years young as a retired dietition for a local hospital here in Austin. How fitting for my 10 yr old Grandaughter Fallon Elizabeth to pick your Cynthia's Cookbook & Collin's family Signature Chocolate cake to bake. Guess we have another star in the kitchen. It is wonderful! Of all our many cookbooks she is taken with all of my Peach Tree collection, each one so graciosly signed by your Cynthia. I used to work for Jeep here in Austin years ago & my family has many pieces from both Jeep & James Avery . We will be there on Sunday if open & bring the Grandaughter. I remember well this cake & the cowboy cookies from the company party's from the past. Good memories, great food Wonderful people! Our hearts go out to you all!

Blessings to you & Yours,
Pamala(Austin,Texas) : )
